Location: the hotel was really close to the historical town centre and Machu Picchu and bustling Cuzco. I had a reasonably large and brand-new room complete with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe. The staff were hard-working and professional and knew the area.

Its location is convenient and ideal, just next door to great restaurants and stores as well as Machu Picchu or Rainbow Mountain. The room is unique and spotless, the staff are very efficient people with a grumpy front desk clerk.

Location close to many restaurants and which has great restaurants. Also, in a beautiful atrium-like area in the center of the property. Exceptionally comfortable bed, extremely spacious and gorgeous room with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. With wake-up service available and welcoming and incredible stuff that will provide you personal greetings and services.

Our room was individual and bathroom was large. The breakfast food was appetising, different choices to eat like breads and fruit. The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel comfortable.

The hotel's location is perfect - just a short walk to all major historical landmarks. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and catering to our every need, even arranging special tours for us. We appreciated the room service and housekeeping during our stay. The airport shuttle was a great convenience and they even offered us a welcome drink upon our arrival.
